I won’t be having this baby for you. You’ve gotta actually do the work to push it out. But, much like a doula, I walk with you every step of the way to provide personalized, targeted consulting through each stage of the process.
Every decision is grounded in prayer and purpose.
My process is Christian at its core. We open every session in prayer, seek God's direction and don't move forward until the decision feels settled in your spirit. You don't have to share my faith to work with me, but you do need to be open to building this way. Proven business strategy anchored in Spirit-led guidance is the formula.

We get clear on exactly what you're meant to release in this season, shape it into a profitable offer, price it, write the copy and test it privately with real people in your network for real money.

Months 5-6, and for as long as you have a business
Every month we set income and impact goals, choose one growth strategy, track what's working and reflect on it all with prayer so you stay in alignment without burning out.
✅ You leave with: a monthly growth system you can confidently run on your own, long after we're done.
In an ideal world, we could move through all three phases in about 90 days, but we don't rush the process or your foundation. We stay in each phase until you hit its milestone so what we build actually lasts.

Custom Alignment Plan + Intake. We discuss your plan together on your Alignment Call. After you join, I’ll send a short intake, your personalized roadmap, first assignment and deadline.
Up to 10 Private Strategy Sessions (90 min). We schedule them as you need them, usually 4–8 during Build and Launch, then up to one a month during Grow. I'll tell you when it's time for one, and you can request one anytime.

Meet Marlena.
I'm a business strategist and big idea doula for purpose-driven leaders. I help you turn the ideas you were made to bring into the world into clear offers, simple systems and businesses that can actually grow.
My background is a mashup of design, advertising, operations and ministry. I studied design at the University of Cincinnati's College of DAAP, where I learned to research people, understand what they need and design experiences around them. I built a branding studio serving churches, schools and small businesses, then managed complex projects and clients in the advertising world. Today, I also run the operations behind a high-ticket business acquisition coaching program that I’ve worked closely with the founder to scale to 7-figures.
In 2018, I launched Big Idea Food®, a devotional for entrepreneurs that became an Amazon bestseller. Since then, my Big Idea Food and Build Your Big Idea™ ecosystem has generated ~$150K from books, programs and communities, and I've coached 200+ founders to build the aligned businesses they felt called to build.

Quick Questions
Do I have to be a Christian to work with you?
No. Leaders of every background are welcome. My process is Christian at its core: we pray, seek God's direction and make decisions from that place. You just need to be open and comfortable working that way.
How much time will this take?
Plan for 2-3 hours a week, plus our sessions, and more when you're having sales conversations and serving clients. This is built for execution so I’ll help you block real time for it.
What if I fall behind on a deadline?
Life happens and we'll adjust. What matters is that you keep moving and keep communicating. If you can't commit to the pace right now, this isn't the right season for private consulting.
What if I need more time in a phase?
We take it. If life happens while we’re in the middle of a phase, we can pause your access for up to 90 days so that you can come back when you’re ready to lock back in. If you'd like continued support after our six months, I offer an optional monthly Grow Support plan.
Is there another way to work with you if private consulting isn’t the right fit right now?
